EPICUREAN to release A Consequence of Design
Metal Blade Records is proud to announce the signing on Minneapolis-based symphonic metal band, EPICUREAN!
Formed in early 2004, EPICUREAN quickly gained the attention in the Minneapolis metal scene and developed a reputation for being a powerful and unpredictable live act. In July 2006, EPICUREAN released their debut record, A Consequence of Design and in February 2007, Metal Blade Records approached EPICUREAN with an offer that they promptly accepted.
EPICUREAN comments on their signing:
"We are extremely excited about the signing, and what that means for the future of our band. To be a part of the Metal Blade family, along side so many bands that we have looked up to, is an honor indeed, and something we have only dreamt of until now."
EPICUREAN utilizes a feverish twin guitar attack, viciously heavy vocals mixed with clean melodic vocals, a brutal rhythm section, and keyboards to create their brand of unique symphonic, yet aggressive music.

EPICUREAN´s debut, A Consequence of Design will be released the 4th of April, 2008 (D/A/CH/I) / 7th of April, 2008 (Europe)!
This new version of the album is remastered and offers a much heavier sound than the original. Additionally it features two bonustracks available only on this release!
